DELIVERY INFORMATION

From when you place your order we will dispatch your order within 24 hours. We aim for you to receive your order within 2-5 workings days from receipt of order, all order will be dispatch Royal Mail 24 tracked & signed for delivery

All delivery on orders over £40.00 within the UK is Free of Charge.  Orders under £40 will have a £3.95 delivery charge applied (Royal Mail 48 tracked & signed for delivery).

Please allow 5 days before contacting us to chase a delivery. You will be issued with a tracking number for your delivery and you can track the progress of your package via the Royal Mail website: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/

Our cigars are packaged in a sealed bag with a small boveda pack to keep them fresh during delivery.  Please unpack them and store correctly as soon as possible after receipt.
